### 1. Overview
WOX Track ("the App") is a fleet management application that allows authorized users to monitor GPS-tracked vehicles through a remote server. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

### 2. Data We Collect

The App does **not** collect or access your device's location. Vehicle location data is transmitted from GPS hardware devices to our server and retrieved by the App over a secure connection.

- Your device's GPS location
- Contacts, photos, files, or camera
- Biometric data
- Browsing history

### 4. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session
- To send push notifications about vehicle events (alerts, geofence triggers)
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties

### 5. Data Storage & Security
- Login credentials are stored encrypted on your device using secure storage
- All communication between the App and server uses HTTPS
- Push notification tokens are stored on our server solely to deliver alerts

### 6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- **Google Maps** (Android) — to display map tiles. Subject to [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
- **Firebase Cloud Messaging** — to deliver push notifications. Subject to [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)

### 7. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your service administrator.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
